Today marks the first real workout I did on my machine. A full 24 minutes. That was my target, but I feel now like I could have gone longer. It's amazing how much good music will motivate your workout.
It feels good to sweat. Eww.
Now imagine if I actually follow through with this idea I have to lose weight. It certainly would be nice. At this point I'm trying to find a motivating factor, say like a nice underwear set or dress to keep me on track. It will require a bit more thought I think.
Strange dreams last night. Dreamt I went into a sex shop and only came out with lottery tickets. What's wrong with me?!
