BLUE RODEO!!

They were great! This was the third time in a year that we went to see them, and by the looks of it, it won't be long until we venture forth to find them again. Jim's voice was a little on the rocks I guess. He didn't split the singing equally with Greg as he usually does. But that's alright. After standing in line for over an hour I managed to get to basically the front of the stage, behind only one couple so I was quite happy. These pictures are the result of such a close spot. Paul, with the small bladder that he is cursed with, left me during the first few minutes of the show and did not return until the crowd was clearing out. The tent it was in was so packed that he risked an ass kickin trying to get back to the front row. Poor Paul. Maybe next time I'll get him a port-a-john.
Don't have much else to ramble about. Today I'll have my first seminar class so hopefully I'll find out when my seminar is and get a head start of my nervousness and shaking. It's funny how I can feel confident about becoming a highschool teacher, yet when I need to teach to my peers I freak out. I'm always afraid I'll sound dumb, or completely mess up a point. I guess it's because with your peers, you will always have competition, and people smarter than you. Sigh. I wish I didn't have to take seminars. I have 4 of them this year, meaning 4 nice big literary papers and presentations (with accompanying papers). They really make you earn your Honours degree huh?
Ok, that's enough.
Natty....OUT! (lol, god that's lame)
