I gave up hope on ever seeing Cat Stevens live 3 years ago when I did some research on him and found out he had left the music industry long ago,giving up his Cat identity and music. I was really disapointed then. So much of the music I love is from before my time, and my chances of seeing the artists that provided the music of my adolescence are quickly shrinking. George Harrison passed away. Yet another great talent gone.

When I heard that Simon and Garfunkel would be reuniting for a short tour, I almost didnt believe it. They have been at eachothers throats for so long, I never thought they would be able to stand eachother to get back together. Thank goodness for 'once in a lifetimes.' Not only can I not believe that they are doing this, but I still can't get over the fact that I'll be there to see it! I'll be hearing the music that played throughout my childhood live in concert.
